Quick facts about Italy

It is now a lot easier if you’ve always wanted to pick up and move to Italy to live dolce vita. Italy has introduced a digital nomad visa that allows remote workers and digital nomads to live in the country for up to one year.

Non-EU digital nomads, or those who “carry out highly qualified work activities through the use of technical tools that allow them to work remotely, independently, or for a company will be eligible for this new digital nomad visa.

It is still unclear who qualifies as “highly qualified.” But we’ll update you once the details are clearer.
