Apple Pay is appealing because of the practically infinite possibilities it provides. Place your Apple smartphone near the reader, verify with your PIN, biometric identity, or FaceID, and you’re good to go. In apps that allow Apple Pay, you can use it to order food or a taxi.

Apple Pay and Banks

In many European countries, Apple Pay and banks N26 are integrated. Because N26 accepts Apple Pay, you’ll be able to keep track of your transactions as they happen in real-time. For example, if you order food from Deliveroo, go to Starbucks for a coffee, or book an Airbnb room, you’ll get a push notification on your phone right away.

Is Apple Pay Widely Accepted?

Apple Pay is widely used all around the world. It works in stores that display the Apple Pay or contactless card icon. It operates in the same way as a credit card: You simply hold it in your palm and walk away. At stores like MediaMarkt, C&A, Fnac, Zara, and Lidl, you can pay with your phone. A complete list is also available on the Apple Pay website.
